W A S - an idea of impermanence.

A highly flammable substance- camphor was arranged to spell the word ‘’was’’ and then lit up to be engulfed in flames for a good 8 minutes before all the camphor disappeared leaving a white-ish impression on the concrete floor.

As I saw the material disintegrating, it was a joy for me to see the impression left behind even though the material had completely disappeared after some time, leaving a burnt-balmy scent behind.
