Tyvek is often used as house wrap, a synthetic material used to protect buildings during construction, or as personal protective equipment (PPE).

During my residency at Chateau Orquevaux, I found rolls of Tyvek and impulsively started stripping it down to its delicate cottonous fibres.

It took days to un-weave the house wrap material from its original use into fragile fibres that ended up being an installation or a Tyvek room called ‘Decollage’ which means ‘to unstick’.
