A pure camphor powder sculpture made completely free hand without a mould.
The ground camphor has a heavy quality to it as opposed to being light and powdery.It tends to stick together almost forming a single solid structure giving the impression that those ‘steps’ are carved out of it.
It is a fragile, powdered, aromatic sculpture that will also eventually decompose, crumble, and potentially sublimate when exposed to heat.
